Each year we run an anonymous Consumer Satisfaction Survey. Here is some of what clients have shared.
We care deeply about our clients’ experience and are committed to providing the highest quality behavioral healthcare. Each year we conduct a Consumer Satisfaction Survey using a questionnaire from the state Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services. Participation is completely voluntary and anonymous. We use the feedback internally as part of our continuous improvement, and we share the results with DMHAS. Below is a sampling of feedback from the past two years.
