A free weekly group for teens ages 16 to 18 who want to take positive steps toward living a balanced life, change a habit, or get support to cope with tough times.

What this group is about.

Looking to break free of negative self-talk or harmful habits, or to cope with anxiety or addiction? SMART Teens can help. It is a free, facilitated weekly group where you learn practical, psychology-based tools and build social support to make successful, long-term changes. SMART Teens teaches you how to build and keep the motivation to change, cope with urges, manage your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and live a balanced life.

When it meets.

Tuesdays, 6pm to 7pm EST, on Zoom.

How it works

Join on Zoom any Tuesday. The facilitators open the space.
Jen & Teraya lead the meeting. You'll meet others, have the option of sharing something you're struggling with, and learn a practical tool that can help.
Share if you want to. Listen if you do not. Come back any time.
