Call (203) 227-7644 or fill out our intake form.
We will walk you through the ICF, confirm insurance, and schedule your evaluation.
After your evaluation, follow-up appointments are scheduled based on your treatment plan.
We accept HUSKY and all state and commercial insurance. Our sliding fee scale and Treatment Fund support clients who are underinsured or uninsured. We never turn anyone away. Medication management at Positive Directions is affordable.
