What this group is about.

SMART Friends & Family is a free weekly support group that gives you the tools to effectively support your loved one, without supporting that person’s addictive or harmful behaviors. The group is based on the CRAFT model, which is effective at helping someone acknowledge they need treatment. This weekly group will help you develop the coping skills you need and regain your peace of mind.

Thursdays, 6pm to 7pm, on Zoom.

How it works

Join us at our Westport office, or join virtually if that meeting is offered.
The facilitator opens the space. There is no agenda you have to follow.
Share if you want to. Listen if you do not. There is no pressure either way.
