Spinathon 2.0 is coming in April. Help raise positive vibes for mental health.
Our free Alzheimer’s caregivers’ support group is a lifeline for families. It is a place to turn for advice and encouragement, to feel connected, and to find a sense of belonging and purpose. The group helps put the experience of living alongside dementia in perspective, and offers support to move beyond a diagnosis. Together we share feelings confidentially, make friends, get help navigating the health care and legal systems, and learn from one another.
Every other Thursday, 10am, on Zoom.
To learn more or RSVP, call or text Tom at 203-216-1800.
